    Vera M. Welsh students  read over 115, 000 books this year at home.  This was  an average of 277 books read by each student this year.

    Keep reading those good fit books at least 15 minutes each night over the summer.

    Through generous donations from our community, Vera M. Welsh students benefit daily.  This non profit group provides a breakfast, lunch, and snack program for students.   If you are interested in donating or joining, please contact Mrs. D. Robb at school.
