Vera M Welsh is introducing a positive behaviour program where students can collectively work towards reaching school goals. School staff have identified positive behaviours that we are promoting and recognizing by handing out turtle coins to students displaying the positive behaviour. The coins will be collected in a school positive behaviour thermometer and when the thermometer is full we will have a school wide celebration.

The Scholastic Book Fair will arrive at Vera on

Tuesday Feb 20th and be here until the 26th.

We will be enjoying a glow day to celebrate reading on Feb 1st and 2nd. Students are invited to wear white or neon clothes both days.
